18-20 hours weekly
*MUST be available on Sundays and various hours throughout the week 10A-7P
Job Requirements:
- Performs a variety of clerical duties such as filing, record keeping, and copying.
- Answers the phone and takes messages.
- Conducts information retrieval and data entry via the computer.
- Compiles, organizes, and maintains records of business transactions.
- Competent in handling large sums of cash, checks, and entering credit card transactions.
- Assists in resolving basic customer issues.
- Addresses customer complaints and resolves problems as needed.
- Schedules customer deliveries and pickups.
- Ability to identify and read sales tickets and furniture labels.
- Maintains and replenishes office supplies.
- Performs other related clerical duties as assigned.
