Customer Relationship Manager

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Relationship Manager with a E-commerce or Gambling/Gaming background to develop, implement and lead comprehensive customer retention strategies to increase lifetime value and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive customer retention strategies to increase lifetime value and loyalty.
  • Utilise Klaviyo and other marketing automation tools to create targeted email campaigns and workflows.
  • Manage companies text and push notification systems to engage customers and drive conversions.
  • Analyse customer data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences across all touchpoints.
  • Monitor key performance metrics related to customer retention and provide regular reports to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer relationship management and digital marketing.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Undergraduate degree at 2.1 or above
  • E-commerce or gambling background preferred but not essential
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role.
  • Completely comfortable with Klaviyo
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization techniques is a plus.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce and online marketing trends preferred.
