Job Description
: The Prime Program is currently seeking a Direct Customer Support team member who will primarily focus on requirements gathering, tier 1 support, technical writing, help documentation, and internal testing. The ideal candidate will have technical writing skills and experience with Confluence.

Secondary skills that would be valuable include System Engineering/requirements gathering and JIRA expertise. Please note that a TS/SCI Poly clearance is required for this position.
